The hotel had lovely and comfortable rooms with a surprising large bathroom. The tasteful decoration added to the excellent stay, but the noisy main road was a downside. The service was top-notch with friendly staff, though the outdated 'welcome' pack was a minor issue. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions but slightly far from the center. The dining experience offered delicious options, yet could use more sweetener powder. Overall, a great value for the money with welcoming staff and convenient facilities.

The hotel is perfectly situated near Christchurch for the wedding we attended, close to the esplanade, and very close to the train station for easy access to Liverpool City centre. The rooms were nice and clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed despite some traffic noise. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff despite being under CCTV surveillance. The location is ideal for exploring Southport to Liverpool and beyond, with easy access to public transportation. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a great selection that even satisfied vegetarians. The facilities were well-maintained and satisfying.
